As many have said, this company is terrible!! Poor follow through, poor scheduling, and so far they have failed 2 inspections on the water heater! No concern of the customer's time. Lowes needs to recommend another company. They do not represent Lowes well.

Our tech ***** was very thorough on our service. only one that cleaned our furnace with a camera. would highly recommend him. He will be our tech. From now on
ARS has serviced my air/heating unit as well as my plumbing and hot water system. Most recently they cleaned my dryer vent which I was Very grateful for. Their service is impeccable the men are courteous and knowledgeable and the scheduling department are always willing to accommodate. **** has serviced my AC/heating unit several times now and I can not speak more highly of his character and willingness to get the job done correctly. Thank you ****/ARS . I highly recommend this company

TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! Called to fix second floor furnace as it was not blowing hot air, the technician comes for the inspection, says needs to be cleaned for $528 with a regular garage type vacuum!!! Not the professional type of HVAC cleaning but a garage vacuum cleaner. Asking him so why does my Furnace not work still and the air upstairs is still not blowing HE SAYS HE DID NOT CHECK THE UPSTAIRS FURNACE AND JUST CLEANED THE DOWNSTAIRS ONE the one that was always working fine I have no words ... read more

We cancelled our elite program with this company ******* Home A/C we were charged again the next month called them 6 times always given the run around. Asked to speak to accounts was told they would take care of it. Called again told we would get a refund but they charged us again! I would not recommend this business and we are out money. The charge is on our bank account and they say they have no record of that charge.
