ARS/Rescue Rooter came out with the timeframe that they given me. Someone called to let me know how long it will take them to get to my place, I really appreciate it when the company is prompt and reliable, nowadays its hard to find a company like ARS/Rescue Rooter. My ** went out and I was desperate to get it going again due to my wife is disabled and recovering from a stroke and temperatures averaging 105 degrees or higher. I called ARS to come for help because I had them to come out in April of 2023 for a tune up of my ** and no problems were found. ARS sent a technician who knew the situation I was in. I wish I could give 0 or totally negative. worst company and worst service. I had signed up for an HVAC replacement, I was quoted for a 15 seer unit and they showed up with 14 seer unit, be careful, they did not mention anything, since I noticed that when I tried to cancel, I was promised to get an credit of $500 if I had to keep that unit and for the inconvenience, this was 8/19/23, till today, nobody called, I did not get credit. I had a horrendous experience with this electric company. First and foremost, their customer service is an absolute joke. It's like they're allergic to answering phones or responding to emails. Good luck trying to get any help or information from them.But that's just the tip of the iceberg. They straight-up lied to me about the work they were doing. Its never a good thing when you need to call a plumber, but I am glad I got ***** ??and ******* to help when my plumbing system started to back up. They explained everything really well. I dont feel like they upcharged. They help me feel comfortable and understand everything that was wrong and what needed to be fixed. They also answered any questions I had. I appreciated them for that. I hope they get a raise.
