I was extremely pleased with the technician, ***************************, that did my water heater installation. ****** was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He thoroughly explained everything I needed to know concerning the cost of replacing my water heater, approximate time for the service, times convenient for me, warranty information and asked if there was anything he hadnt covered that I wanted to know! The whole process from start to finish was very simple.

Im very disappointed with company. I bought my unit four years ago and its already broken and they want me to pay for that.
*********** out of ********* ** is part of ARS.Shop and compare as their services are overpriced and customer service has some issues. I understand it's a business trying to make money but stop with the ridiculous prices.They charged me, twice, for refrigerant for a failed AC component and gave me an estimate to replace the component which was STILL under warranty. And which THEY recently installed. One bill for refrigerant was $1700 for 5 lbs !!!!!!!!The refrigerant cost was considerably higher than other providers.Last yea... read more

ARS was called to repair an HVAC unit that was supposed to be under warranty on July 27th in **************, **. They quoted $1800 and demanded all the money upfront before the repair was complete. They received two different forms of payment to cover the cost. On July 28th, in less than 24 hours, I called ARS to cancel the service. ARS never returned to the house and I got my unit repaired for HALF the price elsewhere.
