ARS (Rescue Rooter) used to be a family owned, local plumbing coming with great customer service. Now it's just another ************* company with horrible service that would rather price ***** customers, rather than being a go to company for plumbing needs. I was charged 80% more for a simple main drawing cleaning that took the plumber 20 min to do. I was charged $413 when their own website clearly says, $89. Had an issue getting plumber to my house. We had an appt on Friday which they canceled. Was told someone would come on Saturday but they also canceled. Finally a plumber came on Sunday. Plumbing repair was excellent when it finally got completed on Monday.

While the install was timely, ****** messed up one of our hardwood floor stair treads and have given us the runaround about getting it repaired. They talk a good talk, but when it comes to fixing what they broke, theres no action!
Very disappointed in this business. My aircon was purchased in Feb. 2019. I have had service with ARS since then every six months and for any other problems I experienced [which should be non-existent] but still paid for extras. Terrible!!! They are robbers!! Got charged a diagnostic fee when they are suppose to be waved when you have the job done and they charged me 400$ for a job that only took 20 min and they charged me 300$ for a job that was quoted at 3.5 hours when it took them 10 min. Also when you ask to speak to management, they are never available and they do not return your phone calls. They are very in untrust worthy

I have used Ars for over 10 years now and they are fantastic. However, the technician **************** was out today to perform my annual maintenance and I have to say he went above, and beyond to explain what was going on with my system, and what maintenance should happen to keep it running smoothly. I would recommend Ars to anyone I know, but I would also recommend **************** As a technician because he was very respectful detail, oriented, and provided exceptional service when he was here..
