In August 2020 Rescue rooter installed a brand new unit in my home. In June 2023 the unit started acting funny. I noticed it would freeze up. I called them out to check on the unit. The guy came out and charged me a service fee. I thought nothing of it. The guy checks the unit and then proceeds to tell me to get it fixed that I would have to pay roughly $1300. We bought 2 new hvac systems from this company last summer. This dinner we have had issues with the upstairs ac unit. For 2 days they said they were coming and never showed up and didn't call. Third day we were supposed to leave for vacation and this is when they showed up. Tech didn't seem to know what he was doing and was taking his time.
