Annual service maintenance for my a/c. Technician arrived in the appointed time frame, was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I had some questions which he took the time to respond to and fully explain. Grateful for the professionalism which instills confidence in their products and service.

******** arrived on time and was very courteous. We have had several maintenance visits and finally he was able to get rid of the noise problem we have had since they installed our new unit over 2 years ago! Thank you so much ********. You did a great job.

Was quoted $1295 to repair the **** Said no, tech made a call and said special offer for me only $595. Stupidly said yes, wife home recovering from surgery, need **. Tech finished in 45 MINUTES. Came in, said , oh by the way, the diagnostic charge is $104. So total of $704. Bad capacitor, part costs $17 on Amazon-looked it up later )Opened up the ** myself later and three connectors to make. Feel TOTALLY RIPPED OFF. Called ARS and was called back by service manager who told me they would take $200 off, the tech would return ... read more

****** was prompt and courteous. He explained things well and took time to clean the outside unit even though that was not the core problem. I called for service at 10:00pm and the service was delivered promptly the following morning and the ** was working properly at 11:00am. Very satisfied.

We signed up for the service plan after a/c stopped working. We had to replace a/c unit but chose a different company. Now ****** will not stop billing ** for monthly charge. We have requested cancellation 3 times in the last month and can only get information to the call center. Each call is friendly but they do not have our account noted as needing to be cancelled.

I went with **************** Conditioning located at ********************************************************************* because it was supposed be certified by ********** but I was fooled. *********************** the sale rep promised me 3 ****** nest thermostats with a $10K ** deal because we have a 2-story house with 3 separate zones, each zone has it's own thermostat and ***** was well aware of it and made it very clear to me about 3 thermostats would be installed during the ** installation. Fantastic job by **** the technician who executed the project efficiently and professionally. Although there were some misunderstandings about the warranty and extra charges *** the manager came on the phone and solved all issues courteously and with supersonic speed. Installers of a $10,000+ Carrier AC unit and air handler destroyed my flex ducts in the attic. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake and want to charge me over $7,000 to replace. As a result, cold air is escaping in the hot attic and the energy bill is the same if not more than the previous 20 year old barely working AC unit. Also heat randomly comes on at the same time as the *** If the whole experience wasnt so sad it would be funny.
