Horrible!!!!! Warning ??I purchased a unit August 2022. No less than 20 times they have been out. Foamed in the literal flap to insert filter. At month 11 I had had enough. I was going to have them pull the unit. We compromised on a 1 year extended warranty. They tricked me and set just a labor warranty. I am now 2 months into the extended warranty and the system clogs and looses power constantly. The entire bottom of the unit is rusted and I have mold on the plywood the installed it on. I purchased a Rheem HVAC from ARS in 4/2020. I signed up for the annual maintenance contract as well. This is not a reputable company. They have no integrity. They just came out for the fall/winter maintenance. 1. The techs tells you one price, then you get the bill and its higher. 2. In the Spring I had a maintenance done. The tech had me sign things on the iPad without explanation. I asked him to show me what I was signing so I could read it; he did. I had a new Carrier 4 ton system install on Aug.8,2023. After the installer gotten finsh and was getting ready to leave, I ask him what about the duct work and the air scrubber that I suppose to get, he didn't have any paperwork for the other work.
