Has an issue with my furnace, and I called ******************* to come look. The first tech came to look and diagnose my issue and found a faulty heat exchanger. After talking to him he explained the most cost effective way to fix the problem was to replace the part and that would run $3,500, and that a second crew would be by to take measurements. The second crew came by later in the day and revolved the quote around replacing the entire furnace and quoted me for $12,000. Obviously there is a big difference in the two price... read more

Bought an ac unit and had ARS install it through ********** 12/2021. Company never pulled permits until months AFTER installation. I only found out because I called the permit **** and they told me ARS never pulled the permit. Made ARS aware and they corrected it. Ac had a leak and ARS charged me almost $3,000.00. *** that did the leak detection didn't order the part like he said so it was delayed almost a week then it was on back order. *** came out today and worked on it. In fall 2022 ARS came out to check our furnace. The tech said the unit had multiple cracks in the heat exchanger and since the heat exchanger was out of warranty I needed a new HVAC system. Another company did a fall system check and said all was fine. To be safe, had a third company come out for a fall service check and they also said all was fine. I called the manufacturer and asked about the warranty. Turns out if the HE was cracked, it would have been covered by the original warranty. So the heat exchanger was fine and i... read more

Over priced , did not do all that they should , did not check for gas leak after installing water heater , did not change parts that should have been , used a call center to keep making appts then not showing up , call center did not relay message to tech , call center could not find account , put us on hold 4 times

Working with an ARS Project Manager in Feb 2020 replaced an old HV** system as a ********** Project with installation by ARS. Purchased an ARS annual maintenance agreement for 2021 and 2022. On 9/4/23, contacted ARS because ** was not working. Appt was made for **** on 9/5/2023. During the initial call set up annual maintenance program. ARS called the next day stating that I did not qualify for the maintenance plan because system was purchased through **********. Ive had trouble with ARS when we first bought the ** unit and from that point on every time they come out theyre trying to get 500 $700 extra for what needs to be done on our central air I even took out the protection plan for $5000 for that service however, thats not how it works. I disconnected my central air and told them not to come. I have other ways to cool my house down and it works real well.

Outstanding customer service! ***** arrived early and was a pleasure to have him explain the necessary furnace repairs. He was quick, thorough, friendly and professional. I would definitely ask for ***** and trust him as a first choice to do any future repairs. ******************** has never disappointed. Highly recommended!

We had a hot water leak under our sink as well as broken sink drain piping due to age. We called Brothers, and they provided excellent service. *********** was very professional and courteous. He fixed our problems. We couldnt be happier!
