This is Edward Chris Smith from Central Ohio, not San Francisco, CA. Columbus Worthington Air (CWA) responded to my complaint from 4/16/2026 on 4/19/2026 on YELP. This is a pathetic, but typical response from CWA. My appointment was scheduled for weeks and the technician never came on-site to my house and no one from CWA called to explain why the technician did not show up. Scheduled a Service call with Columbus Worthington Air (CWA) for 4/16/20226. I scheduled this service call weeks ago. I live in Central Ohio and scheduled a service call for my air conditioner. I schedule these service calls twice a year for preventive maintenance to make sure my furnace and air conditioning units are running correctly. CWA always gives a four-hour window which means they will show up for the service call within the four-hour window (example, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM).
