The food is awesome, but the last 2 times I ordered apparently the 3rd party Zuppler did not send the order and it took over 2 hours they get our order and delivered

Best pizza/wings, horrific customer service. We order from Vinny's at least once a week, it's my husband's favorite pizza! Delivery drivers are super friendly! I called and made an order for pick up over the phone, I was ordering off the flyer that we had received previously when we were in Vinny's. Honestly, my new favorite pizza!
So I ordered pizza last night that never arrived to me and I still got charged for it... the guy at the place said he would cancel the order since I was at a bar when I ordered it and the bar was closing ... he also said I got a text or email that stated it would be another 45 mins before it got delivered but I didn’t get either ... don’t ever order delivery from this place
