Matthew was a great realtor for us. He was always willing to meet us at whatever time we requested to see a house and to ultimately find our current home. He also was very persistent and was able to get our previous house sold quickly. What we admired best about Matthew is his response time. We were first time home buyers and Jared helped every step of the way. He was great with responding to texts or phone calls very quickly, we had a ton of questions and Jared answered every single one. He even reached out to our mortgage company when we had unanswered questions, which was a weight off our shoulders. He is very knowledgeable about the industry and we will absolutely work with him again in the future.

This was our first home buying experience and reached out to us during time of uncertainty for us. Jared walked us through the process with full transparency and with great professionalism. With the market being like it is in Columbus, Jared worked with us to find what was possible for us and didn’t stop until we found exactly what we were looking for. Today sitting here in my beautiful living room i would 100% recommend having Jared on your side in this like changing decision.

Excellent from start to finish!! Matt was thorough, friendly and made himself available at all hours for questions, and sometimes venting! We had a difficult transaction and he went above and beyond to relieve some of our stress with the process and offer sound, fair advice. I was a rookie with the selling process as I'd been in my home for 21 years. Barb did a great job walking me through the process and answering all my questions. She also gave me great input on what to do to get my house show ready. Throughout the sale process Barb was quick to respond to any and all communications. I really appreciated the hand holding and advice throughout the process. She helped make a stressful and somewhat chaotic time for me easier to manage.

Barbara Fogal is the ultimate professional. From our first look at the house to final walk through and closing she proved to be thorough and efficient. Questions were answered within a day. Her knowledge of all mechanical aspects of a house the age of the one we bought, 1960s, was very helpful. We highly recommend Barbara and have already recommended her to family and friends.
