When my husband and I decided to look into selling our home and buying a new home, we were very apprehensive given our previous experience. The moment we met Matt we loved him. We toured almost 30 homes in about a 2-2.5 week time frame with our almost 2 year old son and Matt was beyond helpful and patient with us. Matt was also very prompt in finding answers to our questions. Not that I would want to go through this process again, but if we did, we would not hesitate at all to contact Matt Hance.

Justin was fantastic in helping my wife and I look for a new home. We kept going back and forth on whether or not to buy, and it is a tough buyer’s market out there! But Justin always came prepared with comps and bid price in hand every time we looked at a home with him. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved working with Matt! He was honest, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help any way he can. Matt was in constant communication through the whole process and made it very easy for us. He knows the area very well and has great marketing skills. We sold our house in 3 days!! I would highly recommend Matt to anyone that is looking to buy or list a house!

Barb is very detailed, professional, on top of things plus a great personality. The sell of our home was flawless. She priced our home within the comps of the area which in turn brought in multiple offers. We listed the house on a Friday and left for a weeks vacation the next day. As offers came in Barb did excellent due diligence before calling us. She had all the "pros" and "cons" of each offer detailed and explained clearly while always listening to our desires. Matt was very helpful and easy to work with. Responds to texts and calls at all hours and was very knowledgeable. There were lots of stressful times as far as looking at a property and it going into contract the same or next day but we stayed on the move and I ended up getting exactly what I was looking for. Awesome guy! I Highly recommend him.

Jared was recommended through friends who had recently purchased a home and he did not disappoint. Jared was very professional, gave great advice, and would meet you for a showing anytime night or day. Once I found a house, he was genuinely excited for me which shows how much he cares about his clients. Finally, he kept a close watch on where I was in the closing process which was very beneficial to a first time home buyer. Would highly recommend Jared to anyone.

Matthew was wonderful! Hw worked with us through multiple postponements over the course of a year. Finally when the time came for us to actually look for a house Matt went out of his way to work us into his schedule. He was proficient in all aspects of our experience with our purchase. After the closing, he continued to assist us with various information we requested. And, he told us that if there was anything else that we needed to let him know.
