Being a first time home buyer I dreaded agents due do all the horrible stories told to me, but when I meet Matt I could tell he wasn’t your every day run of mill agent. He took time to find out our likes and even got involved with our kids. Matt knowledgeability was superb and by the end of the journey my family not only had a house but we felt like we gained a friend as well. If you look for a house with out the feeling of being just a money sign with legs this is your guy he will put you and you family needs first.
Matt is always there when he is needed. He returned our calls in a prompt manner and was always very friendly, patient and professional. He was always available for home viewings and ready to answer any questions. Matt was there for our home closing and even brought a beautiful "welcome to your new home" basket! Thanks Matt!
