Matt's knowledge allowed us to select the correct price for our home. Anytime we had questions or needed something Matt was always available to us, whether it was through the phone, text or in person. Even when there was a slight bump in the road (nothing to do with Matt, but our home) he stepped up and helped resolve the issue. There is a million things I could say about Ian, simply, he is absolutely great at what he does. I couldn’t begin to thing of a single complaint. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent to please consider Ian for your own well being and ease of mind. He sold our home while flawlessly masterminding when to put it on the market to sell according to our strict timeline.

This was my first time buying a home and Ian was very helpful through the entire process. He responded quickly any time I had any questions or concerns. He was able to give me advise on good areas and I am now in a house that I am extremely satisfied with.

Honestly there is no one else If want to work with. He has helped us buy two homes now, and will be helping us sell our first. He is incredibly knowledgeable, ethical, and works (probably too much) to make sure we get what we are looking for. He had helped us handle emergencies and remodeling, and payments, and moving, and inspections. You name it. He’s just the best. We’ve recommended him to friends and he has helped them find homes as well. They all say the same stuff. He’s great.
