Wife reached out to Justin through zillow on a "random" realtor to show a house--this is when I met Justin--after calling a couple of other realtors directly, we ended up sticking with Justin throughout the purchase process and am glad we did. Admittedly I called him last minute out of the blue a few times to have him show us some houses and he was able to make ends meet and make it happen. We enlisted Matt to help us sell our home after trying to do so ourselves after a month on the market. Matt met with us in our home, collected information and set up a professional photographer to capture our home. We were blown away by his professionalism, kindness and knowledge of for his craft. Our house was in contract within hours of going live and closed 30 days later. Matt was very good with communicating and walking us through this process! Praise God that Matt was placed on our path and we call our friend!

Zillow could have connected me with anyone, but I was extremely fortunate to get Matt. If you’re looking for a personable, compassionate, and efficient agent, do yourself a favor and request Matt. I was on the buyer end of things, and I was able to buy/close within a month. His professional connections made it easy for my wife and I to connect with all the right people. Jared was an amazing realtor to work with. He took care of us when selling our home. My Wife and I had relocated to Michigan before our house even hit the market. Jared arranged everything for us in terms of inspections, appraisals, remedy requests, etc. he even handled closing for us without us having to come back to Ohio. Top notch realtor!! I would highly recommend!!

Matt was understanding of our (wife and I) schedule, and at times worked in viewings on-the-fly for us, sometimes with no notice at all. He was patient with us, and was concerned about our needs of the particular type of home we were looking for. He was also very thoughtful with the gift basket he presented to us at closing. 10/10 Would recommend.

Matt was extremely professional and knowledgeable helping us find our first home. He was also patient with us as the first big jump into home ownership took us some time and plenty of open houses and showings. I'd recommend him for anything from Columbus to Cincinnati. I've no doubt that we got the best deal using Matt. He was pivotal in our negotiation with the seller and saved us thousands in closing costs.
