Matt gets 5 stars! What an awesome realtor who treats you like a friend! We had a great time house-hunting with Matt and he never made us feel pressured. If we didn't like the house, it didn't matter why to him, we were just on to the next one. I know in the far future when it comes time to do this again, we're definitely giving him a call! :) Thanks for everything, Matt!

Andrea was incredible! As a first time home buyer, Andrea managed to handle and address all of questions and concerns. She was adament about find me a house that I loved and making sure everything got done in a timely fashion. She managed all the behind the scenes work and made the experience totally stress free. I cannot recommend her enough. And if I every sell/buy again, I will definitely be going to Andrea first.

Matt Hance is a lifesaver and did an amazing job selling my house! My renters vacated abruptly without notice, and I was a long distance landlord. I picked up the phone and called Matt, and he went directly to work. He evaluated the property, made solid recommendations on actions needed to get the house ready to show, and coordinated with each of the service providers. Ian is the best. We were actually assigned a different realtor and I still wanted to go with Ian anyways because I liked him so much. He is super helpful in the process of buying a house. Was helpful and willing to get answers to any questions we had. Would let us know what we needed to ensure we would make the best offer on the house. Helped us check water pressure and look for mold and check dates on appliances, etc. He’s just the absolute best. He even checked in on us after we got the house.
