Matt came to the condo to preview and answer all my questions. I really appreciated his knowledge, experience, and advice. Once I was ready to list, he had the unit in contract in 16 days. From contract to close, he was available, responsive, and negotiated every hurdle with me. I'm really happy with my sale and his service. I will absolutely recommend Matt!

What a wonderful experience during a typically stressful time. Renee made my wife and I at ease. She was always there when we had questions or concerns. Whenever and wherever we wanted to go for our home search she was there. So impressed with her care and concerns regarding all our needs and wants. Ian was fantastic in helping us find a house. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Always helped us find pros and cons with each house and guided us in finding the perfect one. Ian was never just “trying to make a sale”, he genuinely cared about us finding the right place and took a lot of time visiting different homes with us to ensure we got into the right one. Not sure where to begin with the list of things we bothered Ian with but he was the BEST! We bought our very first house knowing nothing and Ian helped us every step of the way. I would text him in the middle of the night, call him randomly with the smallest question regarding anything and everything. He even came out 10:30 at night to see the house (that we bought) because the window of opportunity was so small. That meant a lot to us. As a first time home buyer, I was overwhelmed with all the steps in the process but Jared explained everything to me (several times) in a way I could understand, and kept making sure I knew what and where we are in the process. He was really knowledgeable about putting together a competitive bid for the house and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time.

It was truly a pleasure to work with Matt. His professionalism and expertise made what can sometimes be a stressful experience a seamless and smooth experience selling our home. Since we were moving out of state Matt could not assist on our buy but took the initiative and helped find a realtor for us to work with! Would definitely work with him again and highly recommend him!
