i was referred to Holly by an acquaintance. He told me that if I didn't use her that I was crazy. Turns out that it was an understatement! I had to move out of town before I could get my house in a condition to sell. She simply said I got this. She arranged and oversaw all the final work on the house. Justin was a pleasure to work with! He was extremely fast in responding to us, which is crucial in the market right now! Since this is our first home, we really appreciated his detailed explinations on all the processes we knew very little about. He also helped us negotiate a deal so we could try to finish our lease at a rental before moving in so there was no extra costs! Justin is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for or selling a house!

Holly is a true professional. Once my offer on my house was accepted, the finance company that I was approved with made a mistake and said they could finance me anymore. I contacted Holly right away and she found me a lender that she new personal and they got my approval through within ours. Without her wide knowledge and contacts I may have had lost my house. She is diligent from the beginning to the end. I thank her for all her hard work and long hours she put in for me.

She has perfect knowledge of her business and offer to me things I didn't even know about.in other words she had my best interest thru the whole process.plus fought hard to get me the best deal she could.and was able to answer any questions I had at any time.i wish more were like her.
