Matt Grub was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He answered all my questions when I had them, informed me ahead of time things needing done, warned me of problematic scenarios and gave completely neutral advice unless otherwise asked. I greatly valued his positive energy and would certainly recommend him.

Matthew was beyond amazing! He was there every step of the way and truly made my buying experience smooth and quick. Matthew went above in beyond with always being available to answer any questions I had. The best part for me was we have a 2 year old that Matthew would keep an eye on so we could check out the properties! I could not have asked for a better realtor! Thank you again for all your help we love our new home!

Matt was great. He was very informative, and wasn't afraid to be upfront and honest with us about everything (including when a house seemed overpriced, not in good shape, etc.). This was extremely helpful with us, as we are first time home buyers. He was super flexible as far as availability goes, even on short notice. I really felt like he had our best interest at heart.
