Fantastic customer service!! Her response time and knowledge of real estate is exceptional. We have now used her to sell 2 homes and buy 2 homes. Her negotiations helped us buy our dream house. I highly recommend using her.

Barb is fantastic. She has helped us sell 1 house and buy 2. This last round, she balanced both our home sale and our new purchase. She was able to move both transactions forward at the appropriate pace where we gave possession of our old home on the same day we got possession of our new home! Her personal touch and knowledge of the market set her apart from every realtor I've dealt with previously. As long as Barb operates in the market I'm looking in, she will be my realtor!

My husband interviewed 3 realtors when we decided to sell our home.Barb was the last one on our list.She came prepared with comps in hand,and was very honest with us about a listing price for our house.She also made recommendations on simple ways to stage our house to appeal to buyers.Our house sold one week later.We are undecided about a place to call home and have bought and sold twice since the first sale.Barb has been there for us all the way.

This was our first time buying a house and knew absolutely nothing about the process. Jared was there every step of the process guiding us along and just being there to answer any questions we had. He answered his phone every time we called him even if it was a stupid question he has the answer. He really set our mind at ease about the whole thing. Jared was absolutely great. With the market being as crazy as it was we could not have asked for a better realtor. He made time to show us numerous houses without complaint or tire.
