We have been using The Colony Air Conditioning and Heating for 20+ years for maintenance, repairs and new units in 2016. They are wonderful!! Appts are easy to schedule and reminders are sent out ahead of the scheduled date. The techs always arrive within the scheduled window and give notice when they are on their way. ALL the techs we have had over the years have been professional, extremely knowledgeable, willing to explain any issues with units, very thorough and friendly. The Colony technician exhibited great customer ********************** today. I had Colony out for a scheduled heating tune up and was also in the process of looking into updating the heating /cooling unit in the future. ***** E did a great job of explaining my options. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions and didnt use high pressure techniques when I said I needed a little more time to think about it. I appreciated his clear communication and his patience!

I LOVE Colony A/C - they provide excellent service with great quality. **** and *** were my heroes last week! They were an Awesome Team! Extremely thorough, they listened to my concerns and were on a mission to solve my two year issue, on top of my regular maintenance checkup.
