very professional but also very friendly. Explained what he was going to do. explained what he found and the cost. even though the unit is 8 years old it still had some factory warranties, so the parts were free. ***** was very knowledgeable and conscious. He arrived promptly at 8:30 am to perform the change out the evaporator coil that was leaking Freon. He replaced the coil, dryer, drip pan, and float switch. I was very happy with the repair and the unit now looks better than the original. ***** knows his trade very well, takes pride in his work and I highly recommend him.
