**** was fantastic, double checked calibration of thermostats.Went through the steps to program the eco again Explained everything he did!Love Colony **********
The techs were personable. However, once they left the ** would not come on. After several hours of trying to figure out if it was my error in setting the thermostat I called the Colony emergency line ****** came out and discovered the 24 volt line to the ** had not been tightened. He definitely knew his stuff and had the ** on in less than 20 minutes. Thank you ******.
Weve been using Colony and **** *. specifically since we moved in 2021. We always request **** for our seasonal service and any maintenance needs. They are always on time, honest, and prices are reasonable.
