Everything about my experience was excellent, from the broken A/C service call to the installation of my new system. Everyone involved was so courteous, extremely knowledgeable and professional, and overall gets a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. I highly recommend this company.

We have had Colony Air for quite a few years and they have always been very thorough and only recommend needed repairs. ***** did a very thorough job and was very pleasant.
This is a great company. I have dealt with them for 8 years, and they have been fantastic. All the technicians are very professional and friendly. Everything is explained to you at the end of the visit. I have a service contract with them, and only once have they recommended a small repair. In that case, the tech told me I could hold off until the next visit, but I was going out of town several times and decided to be proactive. The price was small low, so I had him replace it. The company's communication is wonderful--from the appointments/reminders/texts with picture of who is coming to do service/exact and detailed billing!Our technician, ***, was very professional and personable! **** appreciate doing business with this honest, family owned business!
Colony *************************** has highly trained employees. Their service is always conducted professionally. **** G was easy to work with and made sure my heating system will work without fail all Winter.
I have used Colony HVAC since 2019. They are reliable and the technicians dont try to upsell like some companies do. The always wear covers over their shoes or boots to ensure no tacked on dirt or mud. ******** was my tech for todays service. He was friendly and thorough. He even took pictures of the various components and explained their use. Their prices are reasonable. I had one emergency call on a Sunday afternoon during height of summer heat they had a technician out to my house four hours later.
I'm happy with their installation - ** working perfectly well and no issues for 4 years now. But even more so their maintenance plan makes me comfortable and confident that all services are done in time, the ** system checked and tuned up. **** checked everything thoroughly and all is good for the next season. I'm very please with the service.
