**** was fantastic, double checked calibration of thermostats.Went through the steps to program the eco again Explained everything he did!Love Colony **********
The techs were personable. However, once they left the ** would not come on. After several hours of trying to figure out if it was my error in setting the thermostat I called the Colony emergency line ****** came out and discovered the 24 volt line to the ** had not been tightened. He definitely knew his stuff and had the ** on in less than 20 minutes. Thank you ******.
Weve been using Colony and **** *. specifically since we moved in 2021. We always request **** for our seasonal service and any maintenance needs. They are always on time, honest, and prices are reasonable.

Everything about my experience was excellent, from the broken A/C service call to the installation of my new system. Everyone involved was so courteous, extremely knowledgeable and professional, and overall gets a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. I highly recommend this company.

We have had Colony Air for quite a few years and they have always been very thorough and only recommend needed repairs. ***** did a very thorough job and was very pleasant.
This is a great company. I have dealt with them for 8 years, and they have been fantastic. All the technicians are very professional and friendly. Everything is explained to you at the end of the visit. I have a service contract with them, and only once have they recommended a small repair. In that case, the tech told me I could hold off until the next visit, but I was going out of town several times and decided to be proactive. The price was small low, so I had him replace it.
