I have a New Escape. 1 month after purchase, I had to have the vehicle towed. Joe in service was very easy to work with and accomodated me with no issues. I have never been to Colonial Ford before this incident, but they now have a customer for life. Well done Joe and staff!
I recently brought my car in for service and I can't say enough good things about Joe Murphy. He ws very nice and patiently explained everything I needed to get done to my car. I was in and out in a short time. This was my first time to your service department and Colonial will certainly be the place I go from now on.

My car broke down while we were camping at a local campsite in Plymouth. I called Joe Murphy on a tuesday and needed to know that they could get my car looked at asap. My brand new vehicle that I bought at another dealer (big mistake going to the other place) had what seemed like a major issue within the first week I owned it. I called the service department at the dealer that I purchased the vehicle from and they couldnt help me for 2-3 days. I got my car into Colonial that same day and it was back up and running by the end of the night. All my future business for service will be with Joe at Colonial and I will purchase my next vehicle from them.

I came in to have my car looked at, since the 'check engine' light was on. I was helped by a guy named Joe and he was very pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond to help me understand what was going on with my car, and what my options were (unlike the service at a lot of other places).
I recently had my Mustang serviced at Colonial Ford and I really couldn't be happier. Joe Murphy did such a great job helping me and guided me through some of the options I had available to me. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgable. This is the kind of person and experience that makes people keep coming back for service and honest advice.
