Amazing service and the friendliest staff around. I live in weymouth but still travel to Plymouth to come to colonial ford. Joe Murphy in service is the best!!
My husband and I always take our Ford Focus to Colonial Ford. We love the service and they are always so helpful with any of our questions or concerns. Recently we were to take a road trip to NY but needed to get the carforeword for the trip. A special thank you to Joe Murphy for fitting us in short notice. We had so much fun on our trip and felt great knowing we didn't have anything to worry about on the road! :-)

Have brought my car in for service here a couple times. Always helped by a writer named joe Murphy. Always very helpful. Gets our car in and out in no time. The techs were very helpful with a noise we had. We will be bringing our car back very soon.
I was amazed at how quick Joe Murphy and technician Bob figured out what would seem like a very difficult problem my hybrid fusion was experiencing. I am and will continue to be a loyal ford and colonial ford customer because of the service department, not to mention the product is not bad either!
Joe took great care of my fusion when I brought it in for service this past week. He always goes the extra mile to make sure the price is right for the services my cars need! Not to mention the quality of the work is by far the best I have experienced!
