My wife and I have 3 vehicles in our household. Although one of them is a Buick and the others are Fords, I trust Joe Murphy in the service department so much that I have started servicing my Buick with them for all of its maintenance. Joe keeps us informed and never tries to sell us extra services that we don't necessarily need.

I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Everyone is very friendly and the buying experience is easy and service department very friendly bunch of guys. I met Joe when I brought my focus in for a sticker I had some questions and he along with technician Mike answered all of them for me. They were so pleasant to deal with

I had broken down while travelling to cape cod for the holiday weekend. I called Joe in the service department at Colonial. He arranged a tow truck and got my car fixed and ready to roll in a couple hours. He even had a nice man drive my family to the Plymouth water front for lunch while we were being fixed up!!
