We travel from the Cape just to have service done t this dealership. Always friendly and helpful and last time I had an emergency issue with my vehicle, the Service Manager Rick and Joe jumped through hoops to get me done even though it was almost time for them to go home. They even had a technician stay a little laste to help me. Totch notch and will always go there for any service.
The service department is OUTSTANDING! The do the job right every time. Joe makes sure I understand just what my truck needs without all the mumbo jumbo!
This service department is top notch! The whole crew is excellent to work with but Joe is especially great! Joe is honest and professional and talks me through the work that needs to be done. Highly Recommend!
I had an issue with my Windstar and no one could figure out what the problem was until I took it to Colonial Ford. The people were so nice and understanding of my time constraints. Joe and Rick really helped me out and were so nice! It put my mind at ease that I was able to pick up my children on time in a SAFE vehicle.
Until I found Colonial Ford 4 years ago, I hated to have to bring my Taurus in for service. Joe takes the time to listen to me and makes sure that I understand what needs to be done. I always walk out with a smile!

I was shocked when I went into Colonial Ford for service on my Ford Fusion. Joe reminded me at the end of my visit that I had reward points that I could use towards my visit...this was great. I ended up paying for the sales tax only on my bill, a mere $3. What a great idea (the rewards program), it truly made my day. Thanks Joe!
