I was travelling to the cape on saturday morning, when my check engine light came on and started to flash. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Joe Murphy in the service department and he told me I could bring it right in since I was so close to them already (he did offer me a tow company's phone # if I didnt want to drive it). The Lincoln dealer that I was going to stopped servicing lincolns. I brought my MKZ into Joe in the service department at Colonial Ford. He couldnt do enough to help me, offered me alternate transportation and fixed the car in less than 1 day. They even washed and vacuumed it. I found my new dealer. Thank you guys!
