I own a Ford and I own a saturn. The guys at Colonial are up front and honest, no secret costs. I had my Saturn into a nearby chevy dealer, and they charged me an arm and a leg for a wiring repair and told me that the reason it cost what it did is because they get $132 per hour for specialty repairs (a "variable labor charge" they called it for more difficult types of repairs). Colonial Ford has never hit me over the head with a hidden charge and Joe and the guys are always fair to me! GREAT SERVICE, EVERY TIME!!
Friendly staff, great mechanics, Joe is second to none.
Worth the extra drive. Closer to Jannell or Herb Chambers but service brings me back.

I was travelling to visit relatives on friday afternoon when I experienced what seemed like a transmission slipping. I pulled into the service department at Colonial Ford and was greeted by Joe Murphy. He assured me that they could look at the vehicle. They found a misfiring cylinder and replaced a coil and sent me on my way!
