These guys in service get it right every time. Couldn't be happier with how Joe Murphy takes care of me.
I had a problem with my ford fusion. Took it to another dealer for repairs. It took them 3 days to tell me that they could not figure it out. I brought it to Joe at colonial they figured it out within 2 hours and I had my car back that night. It has never run better!I found my new dealer. Thanks guys!!
Had a great experience with the guys in service. They really respected me as a person who doesn't understand all the gadgets in my car. Joe took the time to pair my phone and teach me about the sync system.

I like that they have Saturday service hours. It is helpful with my Family's busy work schedule. Although I have been there on a weekday before and Joe made sure I had a shuttle ride to the T station so I could get to work.

Enjoyed the free coffee and tv while I waited for my car to be fixed. Joe offered to drive me home and pick me up when my car was finished but I didn't mind waiting there as it is a nice atmosphere.
