The oil change specials are great and Pops and joe are always so nice to me
Joseph Murphy has been my service advisor since he was at another dealer. I honestly can say that I left the other dealer because of Joe. I'm glad I did, the whole staff treats me like family.

My explorer broke down last week and I was no where near home. It got towed to colonial ford and they found that the alternator was the problem. The price was fair, Joe Murphy was great, and most important, I got my car back in a couple hours.
The men in the ford shop are nice, professional, and they always work around my schedule. Joe even pulls my car right up to the door for me when it is done.
I needed a 4 hr repair on my vehicle. Joe set me up on the Internet in the waiting room at a desk that they have in there. I was able to get some work done and before I knew it my car was done! It has never run better.
