Rick, Joe and the team in service are always easy and professional to deal with.
I have trusted one of colonial fords technicians, Clem Fillion, to work on my car since he was at another dealer before colonial. He had me written up by Joe Murphy at the service counter, very pleased with both Clem and Joe. Will be returning for all my service.
I recently dealt with Joe in the service department on a problem my ford explorer had been having since new. Another dealer brushed me off to the side and told me there was nothing that they could do about it. Joe got it in to look at it on Thursday and by Thursday night they had found a solution and my car feels like new again. I will drive the extra 5 miles past that other dealership to get my car serviced at colonial ford from now on. A+ guys!
The service manager Rick and his assistant Joe Murphy were quite helpful in resolving an issue my vehicle had recently while I was traveling in the Plymouth area for the holidays. They made a tough situation a little easier to deal with and I was back on the road in no time!!
I worked with Joe to get my ford touch system working again. He sat in my car with me until I had the system figured out. I am so greatful that he showed me how to use this system. The dealer I bought my fusion from didn't spend this time explaining it to me
The guys in the service department are always accommodating and sincere. We are especially thankful that Joe was there late one night to help us out with a flat tire recently. It's service like this that keeps us coming back!
Joe Murphy is really an asset to Colonial Ford! He has been helping our family for the last 5 years, always gets the job done right.
