My wife bought a Taurus a few months back and recommended I bring my f150 to your dealership for service. Joe and rick were much friendlier than Roger at the other local dealer. WE will be happy to come back to colonial even tho it is further from our house.

Extremely satisfied with the technicians at colonial ford. They are really an impressive bunch of guys. Joe had Adam Defino (senior master tech) explain how the 4x4 system in my truck worked. I am a firm believer in customer service and Joe obviously is too!!
This dealer has always taken care of me. They offer competative service specials. (I get a lot of great email specials from Rick). Joe helped me with arranging a rental car recently at a discounted rate, which was huge for me as I have a family of 5 and our car was being repaired at Colonial
Other dealers have tried scaring me with their high pressure sales tactics in sales and service. Colonial has been my number 1 choice for both sales and service as they are friendly and do not pressure me to do unnecessary service to my car. Joe is especially helpful in preparing me for future service as opposed to telling me I need it all now. It's honesty that keeps me coming back.
