Great place to live, the office team are helpful and kind with residents, the maintenance staff are good in taking care of issues and keeping the areas clean. The complex is quiet during the day and night. The club and pool are resort style. I highly recommend Colonial Commons.
I love living here! The apartments are quite and very nice! The staff response to any of your needs are quick and very professional. I would highly recommend living here.

You can tell this place was put up in a year, walls are paper thin, my door handle comes off with regularity...takes about 5 minutes to get a hot shower started. My favorite is when anyone shuts a door in the build, I am made aware of this by my door shaking. The Office Staff are top notch, but it was just a shitty build. So happy to be leaving in the fall
This apartment complex is beautiful and very well put together. I love the different layout of our apartment! When you walk in, it truly feels like home! The office staff is so friendly and welcoming! Ali is AWESOME! She is always available to answer any questions you may have! She definitely worked her magic for us!
