RecommendedI had lived here for two years and it was the best! The apartments are very nice and updated. The few times we had a problem, maintenance would respond in less then 24 hours. Diana who works in the office is exceptional! She had worked with us on our move in and out of the complex. She is very organized and friendly. I would definitely recommend living here!
I just moved into my new apartment at the Venetian. I wanted to write this post to thank management at colonial commons. If the manager wasn’t so rude and inconsiderate I never would have found this place just across the street. The kitchen is much more modern with soft close doors and stainless steal whirlpool appliances. The flooring is trendy, the fixtures are all nicer and the doors and trim are all much better looking. I really enjoy living here! Everything is modern and updated. The gym has just enough for a good workout. Clubhouse has a nice pool table! The pool is clean and big! Management is great and most important of all, approachable. Any time I’ve had an issue, it has been taken care of quickly.
Management is horrific, Tina is a devil in disguise!
This place is definitely 5 stars. These apartments are great place to live. The staff is wonderful anytime I needed something they were able to help. Thank you again Colonial Commons. I had fun living here.

Tina is terrible and to call her attitude disgusting is leaving it lightly. Customer service is far from what it should be, which is weird because I have enjoyed this place and everyone else here seems very respectful with the exception of TINA!!
