Rude management. Ask to see a property and the manager didn’t seem very friendly
Truly the worst place to ever live in the Fort Myers area. Children could run the facility much better than current management. They are extremely helpless and will not try to accommodate your needs in any way. Any damages in the units will never be fixed, or worse they come to fix the 1 problem but create another.

The manager is extremely rude... I wonder why she comes to work so miserable all the time? The manager needs to learn how to speak to people and handle situations with out being rude. Parking is still an issue. Gates are always broken. The white card for gate entrance doesn’t work. And it doesn’t work for the gym either. I was told “the gym is always open” without needing the card for entrance. The trash area is disgusting. Service request takes almost a month to handle. Such a trashy place for high rent... very very disappo... read more
We have been living here for over a year and could not be happier. The grounds are well kept, the club house is immaculate and the pool is great spot to relax. Heather and MJ are always there to help out and answer questions. Everyone we have run into is very polite and you really get a community sort of feel here. We don't plan on leaving.
