Colonial commons is a great place as far As I lived in it. It has everything you need and it is a great place to live in.
This place seriously declined when the management took over, it had been a great clean place to live and made the residents feel valued and informed. When the new management took over, the grounds started to look awful and dirty. Phone calls and emails went without response unless you physically went into the office, and even then you are met with a very rude manager who offers nothing but excuses and no results. The rent is high for what you get, parking is a disaster and gates offer no security.
Apartments are great. Some of the people that live here are inconsiderate. Watch out for the little man in a black Acura sedan with a San Francisco 49'ers plate cover. He speeds through the complex and runs stop signs.
Can't even invite guests over for the holidays. Trash is always sitting outside tenants doors. Not a pleasant sight. Don't understand why nothing can be done about this.
Dealing with management is a nightmare. When I first moved in the management team was wonderful. Unfortunately, they left.
Beautiful place !! Very well located and perfect for you to call your home.
