Great people to deal with! Took great care of my ram!
Very friendly and knowledgeable folks from the front desk to the service department. Chad in the service department is the absolute best! He is always willing to answer any questions about my Dodge vehicles and is very knowledgeable. He is my go to guy anytime I have an issue with one of my Dodges, he gets your vehicle in and out in a timely and professional manner every time!
I have had positive experiences with both the parts & service departments. The service department is great to work with.

It took 6 hours to complete the purchase after agreeing on a price. I literally had pizza delivered while waiting. After purchasing the vehicle the change oil light came on and I discovered the vehicle had not been serviced before they sold it. The dealership refuse to reimburse me for the oil change performed during my lunch break. They said I should have taken off work, driven a half hour to bring it to them, get a loaner car, and come pick the vehicle up after they did the service.
Never again. Just spent 7 hours in the lobby waiting on a 30 minute install. When I asked about the status of my service, they came back and said "I'm sorry, I didn't even know you were here." REALLY? The automated text that I received 10 minutes after I arrived confirms that you did know I was here. I'll never be back.
They ripped me off by not returning a $500 deposit that I had there for ONE DAY!! Their sales manager Frank King is the quintessential “car salesman”!! STAY AWAY at ALL COSTS!! THIEVERY
