Far and away the worst dealership and service department I have ever dealt with.
All the way around horrible experience. Would not recommend!!!
My husband and I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee on Saturday and it a pleasant and smooth transaction. David was our salesman and he did a great job! We drove an hour from Oxford and it was very much worth the drive 👍🏻
I was there Tuesday got a oil changed and all fluids check! Before I went I had No washer fluid riding down the street this morning window kind of dirty push the button still no fluid but that’s what I too it to Dodge for and they checked off that it was done!! Did they really change the oil and do the rest of the stuff they was supposed to do??
It took 6 hours to complete the purchase after agreeing on a price. I literally had pizza delivered while waiting. After purchasing the vehicle the change oil light came on and I discovered the vehicle had not been serviced before they sold it. The dealership refuse to reimburse me for the oil change performed during my lunch break. They said I should have taken off work, driven a half hour to bring it to them, get a loaner car, and come pick the vehicle up after they did the service.
We’ve been going here for service since they opened. After an initial rocky service experience, they’ve improved over the years and now a great, reliable crew! (We purchased one Jeep here in 2017 and one before this location opened.) They even have silly Christmas sweaters on today to amuse me as I wait for my oil change, tires rotated & balanced, and air filter. They just offered to drive me home or wherever in Collierville I need to go, and pickup later. That’s a nice touch! — with Chad Johnson.
