Where do I start from Lacey, to CJ, to the repeciotionst, to the financial advisor. I loved my experience at Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. If I could rate my experience on a scale 1-10 it will be a 15. I got exactly what I wanted plus my interest rate I wanted. Lacey know her stuff and it shows. Her customer service was the bomb.com. And I will tell everybody I know that's looking for a car to go there. Keep up the good work!!!
We recently took our van to be repaired and we couldn't be happier with the service provided. Blake was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and great at communicating every single detail to us. I can't thank him and the staff enough.
I would like to thank Collierville Chrysler dodge jeep for the service we didn't get today. Called and scheduled an appointment to get a recall done on mommas jeep. They said ok come in Saturday at 9. No problem... Show up this morning and speak to the same guy that I talked to when I called. He says well we can't get you in today. I was like for real! Great and efficient service. Very accommodating staff and always very friendly. My service advisor , Chad, is very knowledgeable and has always gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my service.
