I’m not happy with the truck I bought and have contacted the salesman, finance person and no one seems to want to help. I will be contacting USAA to let them know they are sending military members to a dealership that doesn’t do good business.
I would like to thank Collierville Chrysler dodge jeep for the service we didn't get today. Called and scheduled an appointment to get a recall done on mommas jeep. They said ok come in Saturday at 9. No problem... Show up this morning and speak to the same guy that I talked to when I called. He says well we can't get you in today. I was like for real! The service is top notch and professional.
We have bought and had vehicles serviced here. The staff has always been great and easy to work with.
Bennett and Chad were very quick at getting to my truck. The mechanic ,Justin, actually drove with me so I could show him what was going on with the motor. My truck was finished when they said it would be .
The service department is terrible. Bennett Stone has the worst attitude. The service department scratched and dented a Jeep that was there for an oil change. They later fixed the Jeep but when asked about a refund for oil change, Bennett asked “why do you feel you deserve one”
Good customer service in the building is good

Great service at a fair price. I just wish they had a shuttle service that was useful.
