I brought my 2015 RAM Ecodiesel to the service dept. at Collierville CDJR about a year ago. I've had a positive experience throughout. About a month ago, I had a major engine malfunction and was barely over the mileage of my warranty. Bennett Stone, the service manager, understood my frustration and went to bat for me with RAM and somehow had them take care of the problem at almost no inconvenience to me. Very rude and disrespectful salesman accidentally sending a nasty and belittling text to me ABOUT ME instead of the person he was trying to send it to and then the dealership not doing a thing about it. I was told the salesman would be taken off my account and I get contacted by him today to continue the sale.
Great and efficient service. Very accommodating staff and always very friendly. My service advisor , Chad, is very knowledgeable and has always gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my service.
We’ve been going here for service since they opened. After an initial rocky service experience, they’ve improved over the years and now a great, reliable crew! (We purchased one Jeep here in 2017 and one before this location opened.) They even have silly Christmas sweaters on today to amuse me as I wait for my oil change, tires rotated & balanced, and air filter. They just offered to drive me home or wherever in Collierville I need to go, and pickup later. That’s a nice touch! — with Chad Johnson.
They are wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable, easy to get in for service, & I absolutely love my Jeep Cherokee. Local business, & great folks. 👍
