I would like to thank Collierville Chrysler dodge jeep for the service we didn't get today. Called and scheduled an appointment to get a recall done on mommas jeep. They said ok come in Saturday at 9. No problem... Show up this morning and speak to the same guy that I talked to when I called. He says well we can't get you in today. I was like for real! We have bought and had vehicles serviced here. The staff has always been great and easy to work with.
Very friendly and knowledgeable folks from the front desk to the service department. Chad in the service department is the absolute best! He is always willing to answer any questions about my Dodge vehicles and is very knowledgeable. He is my go to guy anytime I have an issue with one of my Dodges, he gets your vehicle in and out in a timely and professional manner every time!
The service department is terrible. Bennett Stone has the worst attitude. The service department scratched and dented a Jeep that was there for an oil change. They later fixed the Jeep but when asked about a refund for oil change, Bennett asked “why do you feel you deserve one”

Never again. Just spent 7 hours in the lobby waiting on a 30 minute install. When I asked about the status of my service, they came back and said "I'm sorry, I didn't even know you were here." REALLY? The automated text that I received 10 minutes after I arrived confirms that you did know I was here. I'll never be back.
