Service rep Chad has been great helping me with my 17’ Grand Cherokee. I had taken my Jeep to other Jeep dealers and Chad was the only one that diagnosed things correctly and got my car fixed. He was always friendly and kept me informed, even when it was crazy busy there. I watched as he did the same for other customers. I was impressed and won’t hesitate to take my Jeep back.
Very friendly and knowledgeable folks from the front desk to the service department. Chad in the service department is the absolute best! He is always willing to answer any questions about my Dodge vehicles and is very knowledgeable. He is my go to guy anytime I have an issue with one of my Dodges, he gets your vehicle in and out in a timely and professional manner every time!
