Great and efficient service. Very accommodating staff and always very friendly. My service advisor , Chad, is very knowledgeable and has always gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my service.

I was working with a sales rep and finance person on a deal for a car. I was out of state so we were doing it through phone and email. I then get a message when I was checking on the progress, that they sold the car to someone else. They never told me someone else was interested. I would have made the deal right then, I wanted the car. They sold the car right out from underneath me. Would they have done that if I was standing in the building? Had a problem with the service department, and the service manager. Went in for routine maintenance, had a small problem "fixed", and had a check engine light the next day on my way to VA. According to my local dealership, the maintenance hadn't been done correctly. I contacted Collierville CDJR, and spoke to the service manager, who asked me to send a copy of the invoice that detailed the problem. Makes sense, right?
