I brought my 2015 RAM Ecodiesel to the service dept. at Collierville CDJR about a year ago. I've had a positive experience throughout. About a month ago, I had a major engine malfunction and was barely over the mileage of my warranty. Bennett Stone, the service manager, understood my frustration and went to bat for me with RAM and somehow had them take care of the problem at almost no inconvenience to me. Over the past 6 months I've tried 4 times to schedule service at this dealership and have gotten no response. 1st attempt online scheduling via their website. 2nd attempt via chat on their website. 3rd attempt direct phone call. 4th attempt via chat on their website. I have a recall on my airbags I'm trying to get fixed and it always ends with the same thing. "We will have to see if parts are available and will call you back." False advertising. Went on web and found the 2020 Ram 1500 4x4 I wanted to test drive. Also did on line trade in value from this dealer. Drove the truck and loved it. When it came to pricing they would not honor the price listed on the web site. GM said web price was wrong. They only offered 75% of the web quoted trade in value. The web info is used to get you in the door then they will not honor the numbers on the web. Also they held my trade in key until I demanded they give it back. I was working with a sales rep and finance person on a deal for a car. I was out of state so we were doing it through phone and email. I then get a message when I was checking on the progress, that they sold the car to someone else. They never told me someone else was interested. I would have made the deal right then, I wanted the car. They sold the car right out from underneath me. Would they have done that if I was standing in the building? Had a problem with the service department, and the service manager. Went in for routine maintenance, had a small problem "fixed", and had a check engine light the next day on my way to VA. According to my local dealership, the maintenance hadn't been done correctly. I contacted Collierville CDJR, and spoke to the service manager, who asked me to send a copy of the invoice that detailed the problem. Makes sense, right?
