Horrible customer service!!!!! We purchased a vehicle 3 weeks ago. Upon receipt of the vehicle, the truck had NOT received its certified check, which included checking the lights, fluids, and detailing. They simply washed the truck and gave it to us. The salesperson that we were working with,Ben, made numerous promises to get things taken care and lied on several occasions, concerning actions he had taken and promises that were made. After much Wrangler shopping and looking, ended up at Collierville Jeep. So glad we did! Excellent selection of wranglers to choose from. CJ was our sales lady and she was great!! We are thrilled with our new Jeep and can't wait to have fun with it this summer! I will buy our next Jeep from you, CJ!
