I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee into Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on September 15, 2015 because of an issue I was having with the engine losing power while driving. I received a message as to what repairs needed to be done to the vehicle in order to have it running properly and I approved those repairs. Would stay away from this place. Took my 2014 Durango to get rear air fixed. Quoted 600 to replace fan blower said they took apart an tested. Got home decided to check myself. Took apart an it was just a loose plug to the fan. Stay away!

I bought a Jeep Rubicon and traded it in. I turned in a extended warranty cancellation 3 months ago and no refund yet. They said would be another month. Never in all my years have I had to wait more than a week!
