This is about the excellent service team. Recently my parents were traveling from Little Rock to Wilmington NC and they discovered their headlights had gone out. They reached out to several dealers in central Arkansas and were unable to get scheduled. With one call to the Service Writer Chad Johnson in collierville he had several times lined up that day and actually had them in and out within an hour. Thank you Chad for being their Bright light on a dreary day and making their trip a safe one.
