From someone who doesn't enjoy the car buying process I have to say that working with Ben Scott made the process much more enjoyable. While in the process of traveling back and forth between 2 state Ben was very patient with me while touching base to see where I was in my process of purchasing a car. BUYER BEWARE!!! The internet “BAIT AND SWITCH” scheme is very reflective of underhanded, less-than-professional, below-board, shotty business practices. In my nearly 40 years of purchasing vehicles, I’ve never been “had” by a car dealership before. After calling to make sure the vehicle I wanted was truly what I wanted and accurately depicted, I drove hours to get to this dealership only to find the RAM truck was there only it had been modified and the price was doubled. I bought my New Ram 1500 This past Saturday from Chann. Chann was very patient and knowledgeable of the Ram product. The dealership and Chann were Awesome. I highly recommend them too the Midsouth and Memphis area if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. You will not regret you did.
We experienced some brake chatter with our Grand Caravan while driving to Olive Branch from NJ. Being from out of town, I just went to the nearest Dodge dealer. They are first come aquafirst served, and so I was there at 730 am. We needed brakes all the way around And a couple of other maintenance items. We put hard miles on our van, driving long distances with a heavy load. I was there most of the day, but they kept me updated on the progress and checked in on me to see if I needed anything. This dealership is a mess. Do not buy a car from them and do not bring your car here for service. This is not a reputable business. I live 2 miles from this dealership but now I have to drive 26 miles (30 minutes) away to get service at Wolfchase Chrysler Jeep. Ugh!
