Service department is a joke! I had my car towed on Wednesday, spoke to Blake upon arrival personally. I called Friday to get an update, the didn’t even know my car was there, also claimed they don’t have the keys..... hours lately they magically found the keys the claimed they didn’t have. I was told one thing by Chad, while my husband was told another. $1200 later, with more needing to be done on my Durango, I will NEVER be back, and the remainder of the work needing be done at another shop.
The experience was painless. Lacey had everything ready for me to just walk in and sign paperwork. Lacey was very professional and informative. She knows her stuff!! A treat to work with. The other young lady was very helpful. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. GREAT JOB LACEY!!!
My first experience was awful with Laura and David. They kept pushing me to buy a Durango gt instead of the rt I really wanted. They kept trying to figure out what packages could they do to get me in the price range I wanted but it ended up costing more than the original rt in the end. I just got my Jeep Wrangler serviced at the dealership along with an alignment and oil change and my Jeep drives better than it has in a long time. I just wanted to thank Chad and Parker Wilson for taking the time to properly diagnose and fix the issues with my suspension and steering. It's hard to find a really good shop you can trust and I would definitely recommend Collierville Dodge Jeep RAM. They have very knowledgeable personnel and are great at customer service. Almost $80 for a routine oil change. Over 2hr wait even with an appointment. They didnt update the sticker to let me know my next service date. They also did not reset the oil meter so it gives the accurate oil level. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL

This use to be a good dealership with a great service department now they don't care.They even tried to blame my wife when they didn't do the work.I will never buy a car or get service done here again.
