I visited the dealership and the customer service was awesome!!! I haven't purchased anything but the experience was the best I've ever had at a dealership in my life. CJ Cooper was very helpful and made the process a breeze. The management is very friendly and willing to work with you to get what you need. I will be going back very soon to make my final selection. If you're looking for a great buy, ask for CJ!!

This is the Worst dealership we have ever used . If you choose to take your vehicle there make sure you take a Real Mechanic with you to verify the work they say they have done, was Actually Done . The service representative are not Worth a Damn. We know of so many people who have been lied to , poor work and No Responses or Respect for the customer . Customer service at this dealership's service department is the worse I have seen. They will lie to you over and over again. If you call, telephone calls go to voice mail, and no one ever returns your calls. Staff is rude and unprofessional, and it does not help to talk to the owner because he is just as bad in dealing with customers. STAY AWAY from this business!!!!

This is my 2nd time having my Chrysler 200 in the service dept. The 1st was for a recall. I arrived in the service drive and was past by no less than 5 different employees who never acknowledged my presence. I went inside to the receptionist to get help. As disallusioned as I was I brought my car today for an oil change because this dealership is close to my home. Prior to coming I called and was told it was a perfect time to bring it...1:30PM.
